You are correct but - we have to fight as we can fight, we have to disrupt their current plans. Of course they will compensate and work around us, but we will also compensate and work around any of their efforts we become aware of.
I am proud that they are working on actions that will disrupt the terror plans. So much better to miss a phone call than to have to dig 100 bodies out of the subway.
