To paraphrase another Supreme "You'll know blight when you see it". That's blighted if I ever saw blight! Bulldoze it!

If they float shares for investment capital - I'm in. I want to see every other Justice for that decision hounded from now to the grave as well. Seize every property and follow them relentlessly. In 20 years when they die from the exhaustion of perpetual moving, take away their burial plots as well. Yeah, baby!

That place just screams for a Catepillar dozer. A good way to raise funds would be to raffle tickets to drive it over the house. Heck I'd pay $100 just to sit in the seat when it's over.

Take his home, burn it to the ground, and erect a monument to American property rights on the site. I'm willing to chip in for this project.

Wasn't there an article that this property was WAY under-appraised?

I think he needs to be nailed on that,as well.

Oh, yeah. Sagging roof on the main dwelling, ugly tacked-on addition that breaks the forward plane of the main house (that's a zoning violation in a lot of jurisdictions), boarded up door on the addition, hasn't been painted in forever (and ugly barn paint too), mailbox in disrepair, poorly maintained lawn, vehicles (o.k., it's one "vehicle" . . . I mean, you COULD drive it on the road) parked on the lawn, unmaintained "curb" on a dirt road.

Looks "blighted" to me. I've seen trash renters who kept their property up better than this.

It doesn't look like there's anything new happening, but at least it hasn't gone away.

What would be amusing here would be if Souter isn't really attached to the place, and winds up making a profit if it's successfully annexed. Someone didn't think this through.

"New Hampshire home of Justice David Souter"

I see it IS evil--needs to be condemned for the common
good.

I wish I had a few extra bucks to support the project.
Maybe in a couple of weeks.
