Thx USF. I just read the bill and while I guess it might be applied against non-Muslims (for example, against somethings said here on FR), it would be mostly applicable to Muslims themselves.
And wanting to kill Islam should not incite hatred against Muslims, just hatred of their foul, demonic cult.
Am I missing something?

(All Muslims aren't evil...just the real ones.)

The jury is still out on whether this will end up being a double edged sword or not... I'm no expert on Brit law, but know it still has a few hurdles to jump before it can be applied as law.
Remember, the UK is the place where the pub owner faced a fine and had to remove his "porking yard" sign because a Muslim "found it offensive." It's the land where a old lady had police enter her house and make her remove little ornamental pigs because a Muslim "found it offensive" because he could see it thru her window. Its also the land where Muslims have demanded that alcohol no longer be served outside some pubs because they "found it offensive." It's appears that in general, a muslims word about what they "find offensive" is taken over that of a mere kuffar. Non-Muslims are thus guilty until proven innocent. So IMHO, this law, if passed, will be a huge leap forward into dhimmitude....
