Are we gonna fight the method or the root cause?
Arabs are bombing innocent civilians (terrorism) because they want to enforce their strict ideology (Islam).
There are 2 ways to win the War on Terror as it relates to Islam:
1. Kill all the islamic terrorists.
2. Try to figure out how to make the Islamic ideologues give up terrorism as a useful tool.
We don't have the national will, right now, to accomplish number 1.
We don't have the patience to accomplish number 2, EVEN IF WE HAD A WAY TO MAKE #2WORK, WHICH WE DON'T.
Good post....but it incorporates not just Arabs....Muslims from everywhere....even homegrown USA types.
