Rove's lawyer today admitted that Rove talked to Cooper about Wilson, and told Cooper that Wilson's wife had suggested sending him to Africa.
So, he apparently admits that he talked to Cooper about this. But there is still no evidence that he told Cooper she was covert.
I don't know why our side persists in trying to muddy the waters on this. It's very simple: He did not tell Cooper she was covert. That is what the law prohibits. All of these other defenses just confuse the issue.
