Way to go. Make homes even less affordable for citizens!!! More competition for entry-level homes will drive up prices.

If Pablo can afford a mortgage, he's making better than $2.75/hr, so this whole "cheap labor" argument is BS!!!

no, you gotta think this way, if pablo can afford a mortgage at $2.75/ hr, then all those minimum wage jerks obviously don't need anymore welfare, section 8, medicaide, etc.
