Thank you both. I was a wreck yesterday, but I'm feeling a little better this morning. Tammy was one of a kind. I will always miss her. There won't be a day that goes by that I won't think of her. Please continue to pray for her family, especially her two daughters and their grandmother--the loss for them must be devastating.
I know that Tammy is in Heaven now, free of the pain of this world and that, through Christ, we will join her there someday with great rejoicing. When that day comes I'm going to hug her and tell her exactly how much she means to me. God blessed us all with her friendship.

(In loving memory of Texasflower. I'll miss you, Tammy. I'll never forget you.)

I am so sorry to hear about Texasflower. Although we may never meet face to face, this free republic community reaches out and touches us in so many ways.
I will especially pray for Tammy's daughters, it is way to soon to lose the guidance of a mother. My grandmother (my mother's mother) died when she was only 12. All my life I have prayed to and talked with her, this grandmother I have never seen nor hugged. But I know one day we will rejoice together and know it was all part of God's perfect plan.
