The City of Birmingham, the second largest in all of England, is being partially evacuated because of intelligence received by police there.Thanks for this news, Peach. I hadn't heard it. Took awhile to put today's Dose together, so have not caught the latest news. I'm eagerly awaiting the response from the British government once they become certain as to who did the London bombings.
