Rush pointed out yesterday that Congress is considering taking money back from New York. Apparently they have some $250 million they haven't spent. And it's been four years.

That said, if it makes Hillary angry, hang onto the money. It's better for us when she's hysterical.

I suspect that taking the money back from NY State is because it's just plain too easy for them to bank the money, collect interest, and give the pols more tax money to waste.
