Not this time. They already did everything they could. Passed the bill at the end of the session, put an emergency clause on it so we couldn't have a referendum, tried to stall the initiative in court, etc.
They don't have any outs. The only thing they can do is try to pass it again next year, but I don't think ANY legislator outside of Freemont would be safe if they did that. They arent that stupid.
