If true, this could get really wild. The dems will go completely ballistic because Bush will be able to shape the court for generations. Sounds good to me.
That is what worries me. I hope that President Bush honors his campaign promise to nominate strict constitutionalists to the court.
I'd rather see them one at a time. I'm afraid that multiple openings will be seen as an opportunity for comprimise by the dims - to get at least one, possibly more, new liberals on the court. Add that to Kennedy, Breier, and Ginsberg, and we'll still have the problem that we've got today.
