Actually there is some dispute on that matter.
Some studies claim the most dangerous place is between Bubba Clinton and a Big Mac and Fries or a Chubby thong-wearing White house intern. However I have no doubt that if the Chubby Intern had a bag of Big Macs and fries there would be no contest.
Although there is plans for a study to see if the most dangerous ground is indeed between Hillary Clinton and a Naked Jane Reno Holding a TV camera.
