How do you respond to Muslims who kill innocent people with impunity..... and on a global basis.....reject charity for others, embrace a 15th century tent culture, contribute nothing to medicine, technology, or the arts, and provide no viable targets for military retribution

I have several ideas!

Unfortunately, were I to post them, I would be banned. What's more, it would be appropriate to do so.
