The Clinton administration was the friendliest of all recent admin toward the Arabs and Muslims.
During that time we had WTC I, the Cole, Embassies in Africa to name some of the terrorists attacks.
There was no 'War on Terror', no war in Iraq, Clinton was very sympathetic toward the Pals.

Then why the terrorism??

The 'If we leave them alone, they will leave us alone' mentality is wrong.
They want to destroy us. They don't need an excuse.

You're right on everything except Iraq. Clinton maintained the no fly zones and bombed the hell out of Iraq when politically necessary (see the impeachment bombings.)
