One thing about Bush: he does what he says he's going to do

During the campaign he said he supported medical marijuana.
"I believe each state can choose that decision as they so choose,"
And again, "For us, that's an issue of local control,"
That got him the Libertarian vote.

After the election the Bush administration took medical marijuana to the Supreme Court and denied the state of California that choice.

He did the Kerry waffle on medical marijuana and has not shown any support for private property rights with the eminent domain outrage.

We are not going to get a Conservative on the Supreme Court.
