As far as I can tell, no one has heard from Osama Bin Laden since November of 2001.
I guess except the whole World with the video released last Oct (just before the Nov elections) - UBL talked of very recent events, including the John Kerry (of whom UBL didn't have a clue who he was in 2001). Additional audio tapes have come out from UBL over the past years as well (all dealing with recent events).
