I know. I don't think I have recommended mass deportation before. But, those who advocate nuking the ME until it glows need another solution because if all the Terrorists are to be nuked, we would have to nuke our own cities too. Either that or accept Terrorism as just another environmental factor as Kerry suggested [I apologize for mentioning Lurch at breakfast time].

I'm pretty sure that they are allowed to eat the sausage McMuffin if it will enhance the liklihood of a successfull Jihad

Yeah, I think they know they will not die and they will be only temporarily contaminated if they happen to eat pork. It would be pretty hard to maintain absolute purity on earth without going totally over into neurosis.

I don't know who would ultimately be left walking the canyons of the city, but it would be eerily quiet.

I don't know about eerily quiet.. bacon does different things to different people. ;-)

Just some major cities at this point is the last thing I heard.

I wouldn't have a problem with that. Make having a visa something special.

"I'm shaken up," said Towyonia Johnson of Jersey City, who noticed more officers than usual riding the PATH train to her computer operator job in Newark.

That seems to be the idea. The authorities in this country just seem absolutely determined to help the terrorists make people feel as nervous as they possibly can. I get nervous too - not at the prospect of dying in a terrorist attack, but at the little tinpot-dictator-wannabes who get all giddy whenever something like this happens. Makes me sick.
