Hell, or inwardly militant. We're all awaiting the strong reactions and counterterrorist movements among muslim nations, groups, or even individuals.
One terrorist after being captured stated that he can look someone right in the eyes and smile and be friendly with them one minute and kill them the next. Ergo, I treat every muslim, or "muslim looking person", with that very premise.
Absolutely. They are very vocal, very militant, and Muslims in general have a large population (1.48 million out of a total population of about 60 million) in England. I believe Europe - with Muslim populations in the teens in many of the European nations - is already sunk.
Just for your information, this chart shows Muslim populations in Europe. I think some of these numbers are a little low - this shows the Netherlands with just 5% Muslim. This was the best quick reference graph I could find, but I think in most cases the number of Muslims is low by about 200,000.

Frontline gives some background on Al Qaida in some European nations, and you might find some interest. Even though it's Frontline, the info here rings true to what I know to be factual.
