The IRA usually just leaves one bomb, so no, they've not tried something of this nature before. However we have had bad bombings, like the Baltic Exchange, and plenty of dead from them. So to an extent we are "trained" to deal with this.

When and where was this and how many were killed? Just wondering how this compares.
My impression is that England would become more fierce in the WOT now, with many in the middle who may have been tepid now developing more resolve. What a vicious attack.
