Did Chirac pipe up and claim that Blair doesn't speak for everyone?
Heh, no. All the G8 leaders were there and they resepectfully stood in silence as Blair spoke. Though, I suppose if Blair had invited Chirac to speak, the frog wouldn't have refused.
