AQ, unlike most such groups, does not claim credit for it's acts.

Has anyone claimed this horrific act?Not that's been reported. If my memory serves correctly, the IRA pattern is to claim "credit" very soon after an attack. I also don't believe the IRA has ever perpetrated such a coordinated attack.
Seems to me it's unlikely to be any but AQ.
