In the dems world, every thing that goes wrong is because of a lack of funds, NOT the people that mess up, are lazy, are crooked, or any other reason..

I also think Hillary is upset that the White House told New York to return millions of dollars that are still in the 9/11 Fund, that haven't been used....
I wonder how many guards for trains could have been paid for with just the money she used traveling to Singapore, just to be told ---NO, GO HOME, by the Olympic Committee?
