It doesn't sound like you have your facts straight. Who is this Freeper who had "his house blown up"?I don't know if this has been answered yet, I am still way down the thread.
I believe the FReeper was CHIEF negotiator. IIRC his house want burnt down by an arsonist and he was trapped inside. Perhaphs Flyer, Gunner, or Eaker could give a little more detail.
