The main point for me as someone who will be getting on a train tomorrow is to put them out of business as quickly as possible. I'd be pleased to hear they were suicide bombers.
I remember what it was like having a live IRA active service unit on the mainland. When I'd first moved to London, I missed their Victoria Station bomb circa 1990 by just a few minutes.
Everybody here just carries on like normal and if they mention it at all it's as a joke, but it is unpleasant not knowing if you're going to be blown up every time you get on a train or go to a pub. You do get used to it after a while, but it's still something that I think we'd all prefer to avoid if possible.
