Friend just sent me this; have no idea where he got it, but it seems urgent:

Fire fight between troops in Britain and terrorists at Woburn Place.

The British have given chase to some people near Woburn Place.

There are troops in Woburn Place. When I left my home in Bloomsbury, I saw helicopters landing in Coram's Fields. They say the troops are looking for someone. Now troops are arriving by the busloads near Guildford Street. I heard gunfire in Woburn Place.

I heard something similar. I saw some reports on the news that APCs have moved into central London and troops were patrolling certain areas. Seemed kinda strange that that went unexplained, but not incredibly so so I didn't give it a second thought. Wow, if the terrorists still stayed to make a last stand and a point...The bullpucky will really hit the fan.

I heard earlier this morning that the army was in Covent Gardens. Very close to Trafalgar Square.

My guess is that any groups that they had surveillance on would be rounded up.
