Graham will support the Constitutional option if the Democrats try to filibuster a qualified candidate because of ideology.

Weasel words. Expect a sell-out. He is really saying that he will only support the Constitutional option if the candidate is "qualified". What would make a candidate qualified or unqualified in his eyes? Does he expect there's a possibility that an unqualified candidate will be nominated? Of course not. He's just leaving himself wiggle room.

He made it clear that ideology does not make one unqualified. I missed part of the conversation because I was on the phone, but he might have mentioned criminal activity as a disqualifier. (Hey, that would disqualify most of the DemocRATS.)

If Graham does not stand firm, I will ban myself from FreeRepublic for a week. Believe me, that would be difficult.
