Brit: Matt Cooper's source just released him from confidentiality so it doesn't make any sense that Cooper's source was Karl Rove (since Karl previously released all reporters from confidentiality).
It sounded like Cooper just said on TV that the government waivers did not mean anything and he would not give up a source based on those original waivers (saying they are coerced). He then went on to say that it was only when his source contacted him today and gave a "personal" waiver that he agreed to testify. What is not perfectly clear is if the source that gave the waiver today also signed one of those government waivers earlier (i.e. Rove or anyone else who signed one). Hmmmm, very confusing.
