It's my understanding that Novak said it was someone that was no longer with with/in the Bush Admin

Novak just said Senior Administration official; I'd think if the person had retired or left he's say "former".

And he said the person didn't have a political bone to pick. That sure as heck isn't Rove. He's 100% political. LOL
