BTW, if Cooper is now claiming that his "source" has released him and he can NAME his source -- well, I guess Lawrence O'Donnell was wrong about Rove, huh?
maybe ODonnell was the one who just called Cooper - it was a noisy cell phone connection, and ODonnell was disguising his voice as Rove and told him "tell them it was me, Karl Rove".
But the prosecutor has stated that the reason that the notes were not enough was that he wanted to talk to Cooper about conversations that he had with one of his sources on subjects other than Plame, that the notes only covered the Plame story.
