What the HELL is Shephard Smith talking about, the prosecutor is investigating whether Karl Rover committed perjury before the Grand Jury?
According to State Dept overseas staff, it is easy to spot CIA people because they drive different cars, etc. Said that it is common knowledge and that they talk about it over there.
My bet is that the leaker is someone from the State Dept.
I've heard Miller say for a while that she's been released but she doesn't believe in such releases as she claims they can be coerced.
So I knew that...and I just shake my head and as a reporter I've admired I can only think she honestly believes in this principle.
(sidenote: Shep mischaracterizing first the grand jury story and then Fred Thompson's role in the judicial business and Brit keeps having to correct him...sheesh)

But the prosecutor has stated that the reason that the notes were not enough was that he wanted to talk to Cooper about conversations that he had with one of his sources on subjects other than Plame, that the notes only covered the Plame story.
I don't think we have to.
But that certainly would explain a lot, wouldn't it?
