After there are suspicious circumstances there is an investigation. There are SUSPICIONS first.

Really? I said REPEATEDLY that the circumstances are SUSPICIOUS. Any facts I've given are part of public record. I also said that no one but Schiavo knows what happened. Post 539 for one. Don't try to twist what I've said.

That's a nonsense statement. Nobody has to prove their innocence, because a negative is not proveable. You have to prove that he did it, and there is no evidence beyond wild suspicions that he did it.
