Such as antibiotics for a routine UTI, toothbrushing, those things that are held in the hands to prevent the hands from curling inward, and he stopped all oral hydration and nutrition after the malpractice award. Did you know she could swallow jello? If she had been given the rehabilitation, she could have learned to swallow, and maybe to talk. Here's some advice: when one of your troublemaking friends ping you to a post, take the time to learn before you jump in and flame everyone.

There was the comfort care that most of us would take for granted, but was denied to Terri. TV, flowers, visitors, open windows, trips in a wheelchair to get some sunshine, music, letters and cards. Btw, her wheelchair was broken. You'd think with all that cash, she could have had a working one. Why all the sensory deprivation? Because he loved her soooo much.

You wonder why some of us are so pissed off? This crap can happen to anyone, and unfortunately has happened numerous times.
