It made this ruling based on absolutely zero evidence. On the contrary, the court ruled that there was clear and convincing evidence, based upon the testimony of MS and others. And the appeals court explicitly agreed.

To say that it was Terri's wish because it was Michael's wish is to say that she was no more than a piece of property. And I'm not impressed that a judge who would agree with Michael adjudicated this case. There are corrupt judges everywhere.
