From shark bite news from ABC: Nichole is in stable condition at Halifax Medical Center. The teen had been wading yesterday evening in waist-deep waters. A beach patrol spokesman says no one else saw the shark, and it was not known what type of shark bit Nichole."

"That's an important right."
