So the States have a Constitutional Right to order the murder of their citizens, and the citizens have no right to life? Okay, thanks for clearing that up.

That's not what I stated. But don't let the facts get in the way of your weak argument. It was a civil case and nothing else. Provide Constitutional backing, as intended by the Framers, that would support your invocation of the national government into a state issue. You won't be able to but it will be interesting watching you try

Thankyou for explaining that disjointed logic as it had been presented by that poster.GOD BLESS TERRI!Abuse has a statute of Limitations, Murder has No Statute of Limitations!Mr. Sckakel discovered that the hard way, maybe others will be brought to Justice in the same way.
