Maybe one of the reasons that Fred Thompson was picked to help out in this is BECAUSE he is from Tennessee, right?
Maybe he is there to stand behind FRIST more than the candidate!!!
Interesting I had forgotten Thompson was from Tennesee.
That does make a bit of sense.
Frist may very well look up to Thomson and having him there may give Frist that boost.
If true, I don't want him as a President, but I DO hope that gives him the chutzpah to push hard.
