That the DOJ didn't have a watch 24-7 on this guy is UNthinkable. He was too valuable as a source of evidence to allow him to escape. IMHO, there is no way this could have happened unless Bush allowed it.

When it is determined that he is guilty, the Iraqis will go after him and it won't matter a bit to them that there is no extradition agreement with Cyprus.
