LOL! This dissent, coming from the hoity toity man who used to work the ice cream counter at HoJos. There's nothing wrong with honest work, but if he wants to be le food snob, then he should apologize to HoJos.

What's the matter with working a counter at HoJo's?

I found it very......character-forming. I learned all about dishwashers who phone in sick on the afternoon of the Fourth of July when they smell the barbecued chicken cooking, I learned all about "tip wages" the waitresses were working for out on the floor, and I learned what 35-hour-workweek "part-time" jobs are all about.

HoJos is great. There is nothing bad and lots good with working at HoJos. As you point out, it is great to form character.

I guess I was trying to show how Chirac's current demeanor did not meet HoJos goodness.
