Actually Ivan, he should be blamed for it. His rude statement about British cooking made everyone remember how rude and crude the french are.
I caught a bit of his presentation on Sky News this morning. Apparently Chirac said "You can trust France and trust the French". Coffee burst out everywhere as I laughed hysterically.
