No, I'd like to see countries choose between adopting a representative republican form of government, with legislative, judicial, and executive branches, a bill of rights, etc, and not getting any money from the US. I think it'd be interesting.

See your point, Terabitten -:)))) Simply speaking, I want to see good governance rewarded in Africa and elsewhere, but instead the civilized world leadership rewards status-quo.

A systematic problem with Africa (and other parts of the World) is that many people would rather be boss than be rich.
