While they undoubtedly have stolen some of it, the fact of the matter is that a country that churns-out over 200,000 scientists and engineers a year can figure out how to do things, and eventually, do things better.

Sad to say, but when it comes to capacity and infrastructure, China is operating at y=ex, whereas the U.S. has chosen to operate at y=Log(x).

Not Taiwan, this time. It was JAPAN.
This radar system is the product of a PLC honey trap op against lonely, geeky Japanese MSDF guys who got sloppy using jump drives 2 bring porn to work.
Hot Chinese chicks married the guys, planted the bugs, and knew where the bugs would end up.
These Chinese ships are mostly stolen copies of the US Aegis system, stolen from Japan.
