The officer's attorney, Paul Brennan of Pleasant Hill, noted that if a moving car is perceived as a threat, police officers are not generally trained to fire at hubcaps or tires. Why do I have a feeling the criminal's family is going to sue the cop and the city because the cop didn't shoot at the wheels ? I just know it, some lowlife ACLU type of attorney is going to sue.

If you're pinned between the back of the idiot's car and your car (or whoever's is behind you), where else are you going to shoot at to stop the idiot but at him?
