Ginsburg's departure would strike a serious blow to the Left. I believe the Liberal groups would suggest that Souter and Stevens pull off a "Weekend at Bernie's" by propping her up in her seat on the Bench until a Democrat is in the White House :-)

We should fill the positions as they come. Do one at a time, so we make sure we do it right.
If we try to "guess" ahead, we'll be counting our chickens before they hatch.

That old goat Ginsburg will NEVER resign no matter how sick she is. Avowed Leftist that she is, she would consider it her duty to die on the job. tht way maybe she can squeeze one more "destroy America" vote in.

Justice Kennedy would move further left.

What happens if a SC justice gets incapacitated? Goes on a ventilator or something and cannot function? Is there a process for replacing that justice or do we have to wait for her/him to die? Thanks.
