Senator Pete Domenici last hour on KKOB 770AM Albuquerque said Judd Gregg will introduce an appropriations bill in ten to twelve days providing a substantial package of funding and technology for border control including constructing two new buildings in Artesia where all border personnel will be trained. The border is Domenici's priority over any "guest-worker legistlation".
Domenici has been successful in getting new nuclear power plants through the Senate, so he can obviously work miracles.
