Didn't turn out to be so complicated after all.
Thanks for pointing it out. ...
Oh, please God, let them be old remains. Please let them not be Dylan's. And please help Dylam come home.
Well isn't that just special. Tells me all I need to knwo about the ACLU, as if I didn't before. NAMBLA is just a bunch of the sickest perverts looking to rationalize and legitimize their perversions, and tie it all up with a pretty ribbon given to them by the ACLU.
OHH How sadddd
I have wondered the same thing after reading about his lonliness...I certainly don't think he kept her alive because of an attack of conscience.
That's because he HAS no conscience.
What about the prosecutor that only asked for $25,000 bail? That seems low if they knew this guy was a sex offender. I would think it would be the responsibility of the prosecutor in this case to use the information this guy was a sex offender to get the bail a lot higher then $25,000. Put up $2500 and get out of jail free -- skipping bail means nothing to someone like this.
Personally the justice system seems to have failed all along the way and now most of a family has been murdered because of the incompetence of people that are placed to positions to protect the public.
'Its almost amusing to watch the media turn themselves into pretzels to avoid using the term, HOMOSEXUAL PREDATOR'
YA, just like they loved to crank on the catholic priest scandals, but refused to ever denounce 'homosexual' behaviors inflicted upon those children....
I agree.........
Bump for later
I used to think that protecting the public was a duty of law enforcement and our so called justice system. That is no longer the case. According to our Supreme Court the police are not required to protect anyone even if there is a restraining order against the agressor. I'm sure that this would be extended to any and all others in our bureaucratic elite.
Yes, twenty-five thousand dollars is a very small amount for bail in this kind of case. If there were some kind of real control of those out on bail it would be different. The problem, of course, is that there is no system for making sure that these people live up to any terms imposed on them as a condition for getting out on bail. If they don't comply their names are added to a list. If they are caught committing other crimes they may be arrested for violating the conditions of bail. Then again, they may not be arrested so they can go on committing crimes.
I have never understood how they allow CONVICTED criminals - on death row - get *married* in prison!! They should lose all priviledges and I can just imagine the ACLU lawyer that fought for them to be allowed "rights".....
Have you seen the name of the prosecutor posted anywhere? I would be interested in his politics/background. Could be just lazy and sloppy work, though... but he should be exposed and have to account for this incompetence!!!
It's strange, isn't it? Perhaps the little boy fought back like a tiger, and got himself killed in a fight. Maybe the perve drugged him to get him to "cooperate" and gave him an overdose. Why he kept Shasta is a mystery....perhaps he abused her too, but she was docile. The film taken by a convenience store security camera the day before they were caught shows Shasta walking around like a Zombie, arms folded over her chest, looking up into strangers' eyes but saying nothing. She's been terribly traumatized by this freak.
Last July, he was accused of molesting a 6-year-old boy at a school playground in Minnesota. He had been released by Becker County, Minn., authorities in April on $15,000 bond and ordered to stay in touch with a probation agent. In May, authorities said they were seeking Duncan on a warrant after he failed to do so. Becker County Attorney Joseph Evans did not immediately return a call Saturday seeking comment. Minnesota has moved to crack down on sex offenders since the slaying of college student Dru Sjodin across the state line in North Dakota. A sex offender from Minnesota is accused in the slaying.
All poor Shasta knows is she wanted to see her Daddy, her Mom & her boyfriend exploded (in anger), then everybody died and she got taken away, then Dylan went away (she probably knows he's dead, of course), and now she's with her daddy. What a mess. And she didn't look like a very happy little girl to begin with. :(
