He probably just flavors it like chicken. EVERYTHING tastes like chicken.

I once read something by a lady who'd been in Leningrad during the nazi siege in WWII. Her mother had brought home some "pork" that she'd managed to buy on the black market. Apparently they each took one bite before realizing what they were eating.
She said it tasted rather like pork roast, only sweeter....
