This is typical Democrat strategy. Repeat a lie so often that in the public's mind, it becomes the truth.

You got that right. The DUmmies are flat out admitting this tactic as you can read HERE. This is what the DUmmie is saying to his Amen chorus of fellow Leftists:

How about everyone starts stating that Rove did give out the secret information. Not as a if but as fact.If democrats just start saying "rove gave out secret information how can anyone in the administration be trusted with anything.Make them prove they had nothing to do with it instead of us trying to prove he did.

And we all know, for this tried and true strategy to work, the democrats must have the MSM's help.

Repeating the democrat lies, ad nausum, is the job of the MSM, and they do it with relish. How many times did we see and hear replays of Hillary telling Matt Lauer she blamed the Monica mess on the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy?

Even when the epic lies are blatant, repeated so often without being challenged, the lies take on a life of their own.

* George Bush was responsible for that Texas black man being dragged to his death behind a pick-up truck.

* George Bush lied about Iraq's WMDs.

* Governor Bush made air pollution worse in Texas.
("Toxic releases measured by the EPA fell by 14 percent in Texas from 1995 to 1997, compared to an average of 1.5 percent for all states, and during that period Texas reduced the amount of toxic chemicals released into the environment by 42 million pounds - more than any other state")

The examples are legion, and our side has been horrible fighting the lies. But I think we've learned the importance of refuting democrat lies, immediately and relentlessly.
