I agree, it doesn't matter what the Christian right thinkss one way or another, Jeb Bush will never be president.

If the W doesn't nominate a conservative in the vein of Thomas or Scalia, I am done voting for Republicans period. End of story. Even Scalia is too weak for my tastes, with his respect for past decisions outweighing his desire to be "constitutional". But I would settle for that if I had to.

Gonzales would be the last straw for me. People can say what they want about his past abortion rulings being dictated by the state laws of Texas. But his affirmative action stance was fully chosen by him and reflects either a liberal mindset or an unprincipled conservatism. Both are unacceptable.

You think that Scalia is a moderate? How about Thomas?

If neither of those men are Conservative enough for you, then who is?

And yes, I am correct; Jeb will NEVER be president.
