A free woman cannot become a slave unless she is a kaafir woman from a state that is at war with the Muslims and the Muslims have captured her.

And since they're at war with all non-Mohammedans, we're all fair game. Nobody gets it yet, except for most people here, and the parts of the world bordering on the Mohammedan world.
