I admire Thomas Sowell immensely. He is brilliant.

He just celebrated his 75th birthday on June 30. I've heard him speak on Rush Limbaugh's show. He sounds like someone in his 50s.

Happy 75th Birthday today, Thomas Sowell! (vanity)

I doubt a better pick for a Supreme could be made.. except that hes 75.. I'm too cynical to believe the best and brightest would be chosen for ANYTHING in federal gov't..

Politics is a RACE for the middle.. not a race to win in anything.. Winners after all are extremeists.. When winners pull out for the lead it opens a spot for a loser in the middle.. The Political Peters Principle.. To even BE elected to anything, shows that you are unqualified.. The "PEOPLE(sheeple)" don't seem to like winners in politics.. They are afraid of a winner.. i.e. Goldwater, Ann Coulter, Sowell etc...

The "Conservatives" are afraid of a winner, the "Liberals" ENVY a winner, therefore hate him.. and the other morons suspect the winner is guilty of what the other two say about him/her.. The best and brightest will almost always be rejected in politics.. because of the Political Peters Principle.. "being ultimately elected to a post you are completely unqualified for on Multi-levels".. which by the way is socialisms main strengh.. Losers posing as winners, winners rejected as losers".. Which also; makes political parasites(mostly lawyers) more important than the host that feeds them.. in gov't, the legal system and even in business(the economy).. ..
